Bolzano Villa
Two hundred and sixty square meters on two levels shape Bolzano Villa's living space. A regular plant private residence in which wood plays starring role, both in the natural wood laths that cover the dropped ceiling, meeting light sources and ventilation, and in the use for flooring. The thermal, acoustic and inner features of the material give the environment technical efficiency together with the feelings and warmth that only natural essences can lend a house context. In combination, lacquering covering, HPL and synthetic agglomerates were integrated. The space for day activities was organized on ground floor level, including kitchen, dining room, inside a glass volume and projected on the outside garden, living room and restroom. On the same level, repaired, we find the welcoming studio-library. Furnished with a large table which can double its size up to a three meters sixty length, it is completed with a modular volume that separates studio and living room. The element sectioned length-wise is TV furniture, with roll-away doors and compartments and, on the opposite side, a library.

On the upper level bedrooms and respective restrooms are located, along with a large living area with fireplace, couch, own furniture and a large decentralized table, placed at one third of the room as a versatile lay-on surface and which works either as a studio for brief activities and as additional dining table for special occasions in a suggestive context. The chance of having a maximum height of 4.2 meters suggested the composition of doubled furniture in the bedrooms which host library shelves at the top, and wardrobe in the lower portions. The sunlight irradiates the shell through the large glass walls, while the floor heating system guarantees an even temperature distribution inside the residence.
